Arbitrators

An arbitrator conducts an arbitrator meeting with two parties.

The arbitrators are persons entrusted with the extrajudicial resolution of disputes and are responsible for ensuring that the procedure is conducted in a neutral and fair manner.

They are qualified to hold judicial office and have the specialist knowledge, skills and experience required to settle disputes within the jurisdiction of the Arbitration Service.

The arbitrators are independent and are not bound by instructions.

Arbitrators are currently Franziska Faludi, Rolf Fischer und Annette Kleinefeld. Ms Faludi is also mediator.
