How can you submit your application?

You can use the online form available on our homepage to make a written application for the instigation of an arbitration procedure. Alternatively, you can send us your application by post.

If you wish to send us your application by post, please download and complete the application form provided, if possible.

When submitting a written application, please note that the fields marked * must be completed to ensure we can process your application as quickly as possible.

It is also useful if you enclose with your complaint all the documentation that may help to collate the facts surrounding your complaint.

The application to start an arbitration procedure may be submitted verbally, in order for it to be taken down in writing, at the office of the Arbitration Service. This form of application allows staff to ask questions in order that any ambiguities can be dealt with immediately.

It is also useful if together with your complaint you submit all the documentation that may help to collate the facts surrounding your complaint.

If you wish to use this form of application, please arrange an appointment with the Arbitration Service during our office hours.
